They show the real Dell bracket in the photos, but the item received is a cheap copy. The plastic is thin and they're difficult to snap onto the drive. The metal pins are too short, positioned incorrectly, and held in place with tiny plastic tabs which easily break off, and then the pins pop out & the bracket becomes useless.
