My laptop was no longer charging. Charger plug and laptop jack could not make a good connection. This power jack cable was a perfect replacement for the original one in my Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1. It was not difficult to install and has extended the useful life of my laptop.

This item was an exact replica of the one I replaced, down to the tape on the connector end. It fit perfect in the laptop, and the connection was much better than the original. It was tight fitting on the plug end. Worked great.
