Have baught 2 of these adapters and both have broke withen 5 thousand miles. Baught an actual OEM even though these say oem they are in fact thinner than the actual OEM i baught and now have over 12thousand miles on it with no issues. Very frustrating!!! sooo.... beware!!!

Product was purchased new in box. When i opened the package it was covered in hairline cracks and had deep gouges all over the inside and outside of the poece! Also on the inside of the adaptor you can see where they tried to fill in some of the cracks and gouges.

06 chevy 1500 crew cab. Mine cracked after an accident. Rear end... Bought this one and it's a direct fit. 2 months of use and no leaks, so far so good.

The item I received was either damaged and repaired or just lousy manufacturing, the inside seam was cracked all the way around and chipping off.
