I wish i read the comments about not having the bracket, got mine and couldnt install it. Wasted my time and my side mechanic. Buying the brackets now and i promise not to buy from this vendor again!!!

The seller of this product dropped the ball. I was very specific about product I was ordering knowing my truck was a new model for 2014. The seller should have known there product would not fit my truck for one and should have thrown up a red flag when shipped without mounting brackets. After contacting the manufacturer they informed me they did not even make this product for my model. So I got stuck with the return freight charge of $43.00. This retailer should not be allowed to sell on Amazon!the seller was Got Chrome .com beware.

After purchasing this product we realized it did not come with moutning brackets. This was written nowhere. Now I am having to purchase those separately. Not a happy camper. If you do run into this do not purchase them from Amazon or GoRhino. They are cheaper on [...] and they offer free shipping as well as a 10% military discount if anyone is a militray member. Hope this review can save someone hassle. *Tsik, Tisk Amazon... you let me down!

Went to install and there were no brackets. Amazon blames Go Rhino and they blame Amazon and I'm the one left feeling screwed and paying another $100. Jokes on me.Now it is gonna be a week to 2 weeks wait for brackets. Update on Go Rhino 680087C steps. After complaining to Amazon they updated description to state brackets are not included.Amazon asked what they could do to satisfy me. I said reimburse me for brackets. They took the $100 off my account. 5 stars to Amazon for handling this. Now the problem was I had to buy the brackets from Go Rhino. I contacted Go Rhino and order them and paid over the phone. After 2 weeks no steps. Called GRhino and they said there was no order. THE money had been taken out of my bank account and I had customer reps name. Then they found my order and said GRhino would send the brackets out next day. They showed up 2 weeks later. That Friday after work I went to install my bars and can you believe the brackets were the wrong ones.Took me 2 days to get the steps and 4weeks to get the wrong brackets. Went off on GRhino and sent brackets back, however can you believe this I had to pay the $50 shipping. Gave up and paid the shipping. Wished I had reported them back to Amazon. I kept the steps and mounted them to existing Ford brackets. Went to hard ware store and bought a couple of nuts and bolts. Drilled a couple of holes on bottom of steps and mounted. They look fantastic and are sturdy. Will never buy Go Rhino again!
