Bought this product a while back it worked fine for about two weeks and stop working it stopped recognizing my fingerprint even if I put it back in it would not recognize it again could not get get back into my computer without using the pin I would definitely recommend buying another brand something like kensington verimark works 100 times better and way more reliable

Win10 is very fickle, this never worked - like, at all. I bought a used Digital Personal on flea bay and it worked flawlessly as there is actual software and driver support.

I added the scanner so I could login faster. The orientation of the scan does not matter also.

I think the fingerprint area should be bigger.Most times it has not recognize my fingerprint.SorryI brought one for my wife, I will see if she has better results.Sorry

Works as advertised and very reliable. Just make sure to perform a windows update so the proper drivers are installed.
