I'm thoroughly impressed with this showerhead! The construction is top-notch, and it's evident that a great deal of thought went into its design. The integration of Bluetooth without the need for batteries showcases the company's strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Overall, this is a high-quality product that exceeded my expectations. Installation was a breeze too—I had it up and running in less than two minutes using just a pair of pliers. Highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical about this prior to installing it. I've installed a few shower heads for remodels, and >$200 is more than 2x the price for other high quality options.After using it, I'm really happy with it! It definitely is a luxury shower head and it helps to conserve water. I don't notice any difference in water pressure when showering. It's weird to have an app for a shower, but it lets you track your water use (if you want to put the time into doing that), and also lets you set a LED alert (change in color) when you go over X amount of gallons during a shower.The shower itself looks and feels very high quality - the finish is a satin nickel, and it arrived with no flaws or scratches. The parts feel very solid and heavy. The only issue I have with it is that the hose that connects the base to the handheld shower head is not metal and kinks very easily. You will have to reshape it before it sits how you would like. Installing it was also very easy and required zero tools - I wish all shower heads would come with the attachment handle that Hai does.The app is pretty easy to use, and tracks the water usage well. I'm not sure how much I'll use it going forward, but setting up the water usage limit warning is good enough for me.Overall, I am very happy with the showerhead and will recommend it to my friends! However, I would not recommend it if you are doing something like a remodel/flip, or are planning on using it for a rental. The app ties the shower to a specific account.

I love this shower head. Our house had a newly remodeled bathroom with an option to use the handheld diagonal shower head, the overhead rain shower, or both. We didn’t love the Moen shower head that was installed (so many spray features but none of them were any good), so when I heard a friend talking about their Hai I was dying to try it. At first I didn’t like the mist setting, but I loved the intense pressure of the stream spray. My husband, however, loved the mist setting immediately. He said it felt like his whole body was completely covered with water all at the same time. A few weeks later I got out of the shower and realized I’d been in the mist for the whole time and didn’t even notice. It’s pure joy. I’d started to love it so much and I hadn’t even noticed. It somehow even washes all of the conditioner out of my long thick hair. Our rain shower might as well be obsolete because we haven’t used it in weeks.If you are concerned about the cord like I was, it straightens out in a few days. Also, as many people have said, it is GREAT for our young kids who now get out of the shower faster due to the dreaded red light!! We’ve loved the easy access to hot steam during this most recent cold season.All in all this is a must buy!!

I took the opportunity to purchase this showerhead despite having recently replaced my showerhead. Without going too far off topic, the showerhead I first purchased worked well, but had a fatal flaw...it used a magnetic mount and when the water was running with some angles the handheld showerhead would simply fall off the mount while you were showering.This is relevant because this Hai Showerhead allows for significant customization of how the showerhead is mounted.That said: Installation of this showerhead was significantly simpler than most showerheads. Hai has created an interesting "built-in" wrench which made the installation pretty much toolless. As others have pointed out, the installation instructions suggest it may require teflon tape if there are leaks, but much to my surprise once installed, I found no leakage at all despite not using any teflon tape. (In contrast, my other showerhead required a multiple inches of teflon tape for leakless operation.)Initially, because my shower has a lower ceiling, the Hai Showerhead was touching the ceiling of the shower and the angle at which the water was expelled was such that water would only reach the top third of the person showering. Upon closer inspection, it turns out that the slot that holds the showerhead can be rotated to adjust this angle. (I will note that it is very tight and can only be moved when the showerhead is mounted in the slot--this is a good thing-- and trying to rotate the slot by hand won't work because of a lack of leverage.)I will also note that despite using the 1.8G "water saving" version of the showerhead, I felt that the water pressure was significantly better than the showerheads I had previously owned. (On some showerheads, I had to remove the flow limiters in order to achieve this level of water pressure.)With regards to the Bluetooth features, I will say that if you want to do your part to conserve water, these are nice features. It might also be of interest if you have the typical kids that claim they've taken a shower...the history feature can tell you if they are telling the truth.
