This is a perfect purchase when one of your 7th grade boys decides he is more knowledgeable than me, his social studies teacher, and makes a wager about 1970's politics. He lost.To fulfill his wager, he had to spend the day in this Harry Potter costume.The tie and glasses were durable enough to survive the day. I will have them stored in case this wager crops up again.The price is certainly right, and the value for the money is high.

The quality isn’t the best, but it works if you’re in a pinch. The glasses feel really flimsy, and the train ticket already has some wear and tear right out of the box. That being said, the tie is surprisingly solid and seems like the most durable piece in the set.I wouldn’t expect this to hold up for more than a few wears, but if you need something temporary, it gets the job done. Just don’t set your expectations too high.

This is a great combo for anyone wanting to dress up as Harry Potter. The tie is good quality and my son was very excited about the golden ticket to Hogwarts. Unfortunately the glasses were cracked upon arrival. I think I was able to convince my son that they would work and he could come up with a story about how they got cracked in a wizard battle... since we are so close to Halloween. Still a little disappointing.

I got this set for my 7yo son's Halloween costume, and it was perfect! The glasses are easily big enough for an adult, but they still worked just fine for my son since the thin wire frames are easy to adjust at home. My son loved to get dressed up in his Harry Potter costume prior to Halloween and just wear it around the house, and he never complained that the glasses caused any discomfort around the ears or nose. The tie is a standard adult-length tie but leans skinny on width, and the extra length on my son was hidden pretty well under his wizard robes. The scarlet and gold color was pretty spot on, and the tie is easy to tie well. Overall, this is a better set than you would expect for the price, and the glasses held up well, even when my son wore them and left them around the house regularly for a month.

This a very affordable set for our sons harry potter costume.I have a hard time justifying spending so much money on a costume that is going to be worn for one night so this was a great alternatives to satisfy my sons desperate want to be Harry for Halloween.The quality of all three things were great and now he has discovered he looks great in the tie and wants to wear it with a everyday outfit.We definitely got our moneys worth with these accessories!

The tie is good, ticket is super cute but unfortunately the glasses are all scratched up and I am unable to open the arm of one the sides. The plastic lenses are difficult to see out of but if all else fails then you can just pop out the lenses! If I could wear the glasses properly would've been super cute!

Ordered two pairs for my wife and I. Lenses were badly scratched and nose pads were terribly bent out of place, making it impossible to sit properly on our faces.
