This wasn’t as bad as the real cheap thin ones but the feathers shed quite a bit leaving a constant trail behind you.

As it was pulled from the bag feathers were dropping. In itself not a problem but it also left red dye stains on my daughter's skin and broke her out in a rash. Of course there was the continuous loss of feathers. We had to remove the boa from her costume. Neither of us were happy campers.
