Need to practice my sushi rolling, It doesn't have a flat side, but I'm too novice to really know what a difference that would make. We managed to make some delicious and good looking rolls with these mats.

If not under pandemic, would say over priced. But right now as long as I don’t have to go in store and the product works, that’s all count.

I use these at least 3 different ways: as sushi rollers, to line drawers in the fridge to keep the veggies off the bottom (I place a paper towel on top of the mat in case of a tad of mold), and to cover hot things while cooling down so that nothing falls into them. I just keep 3 or 4 handy and ready to grab at any time.

I use it for making cheese, at various stages from drying to transferring. I like the material (very smooth, nothing sticks to it) and the knots feel sturdier than another brand I owned previously.

We love making sushi at home and these work great! Make sure you wrap them in Saran Wrap so clean up is a breeze and your rice doesn't stick.

Great value for two well-made sushi mats. Put them inside a Ziplock so they stay extra clean.

These are decent mats. They seem a little flimsy but it's almost to be expected at this price point. When they need to perform, they certainly put on an adequate show. As with all my past cheap sushi mats, I put a layer of plastic wrap between the food and mat and this is probably what helps me the most. If you need a sushi mat, this are perfectly sufficient. They probably won't last more than a couple years of light, non-commercial use, but they're $7.
