For a few dollars more you can buy a REAL hat jack. This purchase of this cheap plastic hat stretcher may have been the worst buy l ever made on Amazon. Tossed in the trash because l would be embarrassed to return it. Bottom line no way to jack the hat, just set the devise and jam it in the brim

This is not a hat stretcher,it's meant to maintain shape and it doesn't even do that well. Super disappointed.
