These have no initial bite in the wet. The car glides along and then abruptly gets some bite. These are nearly unusable in the wet, on the street. Sorely disappointed,Work perfectly when it's dry.

They fit but there’s no slot to stick the brake wear sensor so I was forced to zip tie it somewhere until I can find a new set of brakes that has it. The front brakes I ordered from them had the slot for the sensor but these do not, yet the picture they show, shows one being there and installed. 3 stars.

Replaced a set of EBC Yellow Stuff. Fitted to Brembo 4-piston calipers. Great fit, easy bedding in, minimum squeal using Brembo Be Quiet grease on back of pad. Happy over all.

This product does not properly fit the WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT vehicles. The rear pad is slightly longer then the disk, once you drive on it for a couple weeks it wears a groove into the pad and starts squealing extermely loud at slow speeds. If you have Brembo brakes on any of the SRT vehicles you will have this problem.

I occasionally take my daily driver to the track, and part of my prep is to replace these daily Hawk "Z" brake pads with an "R" set. The "Z" pads have smooth onset of initial bite. I use this set in my rear brake calipers for everyday use. With a full set of Hawk "Z" pads installed, the braking force uses the full range of the braking pedal. It is trivial to modulate the braking force over such a large range. The sensation is they seem just a little softer than the original pads they replaced, requiring slightly more braking pressure for the same amount of "stop". I have to nearly bury the brake pedal in the floor before ABS will kick in. These pads have proven themselves in panic stops. The "Z" pads are one of Hawk's most street-centric pads. They are quiet at any level of braking force. My wheels are chromed so they show dust very readily, and these pads produce significantly less dust than any of the others I have tried, including the OEM.I have not used these pads on a race track. Given the amount of brake pedal travel required, I wouldn't feel safe with them and would advise one of Hawk's more performance-oriented compounds. But I am very happy with them for everyday street use.

I've only put 300 miles on them so far, but brake dust is already less than the Brembo pads and noise is minimal

typically I don't take the time to do a review, but these pads are absolutely incredible, I have no clue what was on my CTS V when I got her I'm assuming the cheapest available because even stop from speeds exceeding 140 mph- 0 mph they are mine blowing. make sure you follow the break in instructions as I did and you will have no issues. I do get a tiny squeak here and there but I mean come on they are performance pads so I expected noise. I actually expected more then I can hear so I give them a 10/10

I purchased these pads as replacements for the OEM Brembo pads which were completely worn down. I went with this particular compound because the Brembo pads were a brake dust nightmare. Literally, the day after washing and driving my car, the front rims would change from shiny, silver and clean to filthy gray. The stopping power seems on par with the OEM pads and they are a little quieter when braking. I haven't experienced any squeaking of any kind. I push my car hard and these pads don't disappoint!
