Did the break in suggested on the box and haven’t had any issues. Probably 1k miles or so since then. Not overly responsive but not gummy either. Love these pads on my Subaru would definitely recommend them.Even better than the HPS's I've been using for years.Hawk always delivers a quality pad.

Well this brake pad really give me more confident and feels more safe. I combined with new performance rotor from Napa. A price for both not so expensive for me. Specially i drive a tune 2015 wrx woooozzz

I read the reviews and put these on a 2016 WRX. The Performance and Value was amazing. The car performed amazing on the track with no brake fade. On the street they were responsive with little dust or noise. Definitely recommend for anyone who is on the fence!

I installed these on my 2016 Subaru Forester XT front brakes with new Bosch rear pads. Bedding/ break in procedure must be followed. Done 1000km so far. Excellent initial bite which is exactly what I wanted. The pressure/effort on the brake pedal require to stop the car is much less than the oem pads. Stopping distance is noticeably shorter when the same pressure is applied on the pedal as did on the oem pads. Ordered a set for my wife’s car as well. Highly recommended

Love these pads, noticeably better than OEM. Put these on 2006 Subaru Tribeca. Stops very well, we'll see how long they last.

Hawk HPS 5.0, time came for my 15 WRX pads to be replaced. The go to option after researching lead me to these HAWK pads. Price was better in Canada vs the USA where i normally order from. A great aftermarket option w better stopping power than OEM. If i plan to go further it would be new aftermarket rotors and calipers but for now these pads w ATE brake fluid and the Perrin brake reservoir brace is a big improvement in itaelf without braking the bank. Good bite and life just burnish them in proper:)

I had read on various forums that these pads were very good and so ordered a set for the front. I drive my car "vigorously" (2015 Subaru Forester XT) and the stock brakes weren't up to the task. Installation was fairly easy and after a quick bedding in I was ready to go, or stop. The pads have the initial bite of stock brakes but progressively get more powerful. The stopping power from high speeds is excellent. They got a real workout at a HPDE event (High performance Driving Education) with 20 miles of flat out driving with braking from as high as 100mph on each lap with no fade. This with the stock rotors! These brakes are quiet and have very little pad dust. Highly recommended for performance driving.Bob K.

I installed these pads on my 2010 Subaru Legacy GT.The change in braking feel and stopping power is instant and very noticeable. There isn't any increased noise or dust that I can tell, but the brakes seem to grab and stop much quicker. My girlfriend describes my brakes as "jerky" now, which I take as a compliment. These have made the car feel much more sporty and have eliminated that mushy land-yacht feel of the OEM pads.

The Amazon site displays an image of Hawk HPS (High Performance Street) pads. The pads that shipped were actually Hawk Performance Ceramic pads.Due to time constraints and the need to get new pads installed, I opted to not return these.I'll be sure to make future automotive parts purchases from other sources.
