No bolt pattern or torque specs with gasket. No markings on gasket. Actual kohler gasket? Hard to say.

Gaskets were great but the nuts stripped when I was using the torque wrench while torquing to spec. I decided to reuse my OEM nuts and they worked fine.

Great improvement over the stock crap that is known to fail. Came with intake and exhaust gaskets as well. Hope they last.
