I am 6' 4" 225 lbs, lean body mass and I got the XX-Large one, Fits very comfortable,I do have enough room to add in a light sweater under it if I desire.Was out this am - 35-40 degrees fahrenheit. Medium coat over this vest.I initially started out in high setting, but ended up turning it down to medium. That was definitely enough.The heat seemed to be dispersed out nicely.I am real happy with this, Only real question, will it last long term. If anything goes wrong I will update my review, so otherwise assume it is still working fine (I will be using it regularly)

I've been trying to find a nice heated vest, and this is not it. I was disappointed. I am short and stout like a teapot, so I ordered a 2xl, which in every other type of clothing normally fits me perfectly. This was way too tight and I could not get it zipped. It is also made of neoprene, which is not very flexible. It made it very hard to move and felt like I was wearing armor and not a vest. there are lots of pockets, which is great, including where you would put the battery pack, which was not included so also a negative. Does heat up nicely, but since it did not fit and it's so stiff, it's nothing I would actually wear. Very disappointed. Sizing needs to be more accurate and it needs to be actually comfortable.
