Got for Christmas for my bf since we're moving to Minnesota, and we enjoy being outside/walking the dog. He's skinny so he gets cold quickly and this really helps prevent that. It's a little bigger on him and the zipper seems cheap? It drains a battery really quick as well. Maybe on for 1.5 hours and it's drained. So keep that in mind if you take it to a national park or camping trip.Edit:3 months later of mild use and the neck part stopped work. At one point he said he smelled burning and took it off/unplugged it. The next time he plugged it in neck didn't work anymore. That's super dangerous.

Expected something like a electric heat throw. But as it works with a Power Bank it may not be heating up enough to provide enough warmth over the layers of clothing. Thank you.

This vest is absolutely amazing! I bought it for riding my motorcycle in the winter. It's very light weight, very thin, but very warm even without being powered! It fits perfectly to my body and neck. I'm typically a size L with T-shirts and other clothes, so whatever size fits you normally, mind you not loosely but fitted to you, will be correct here. I normally wear XL everything just because I prefer loose fit but this needs to be fitted to you. The rapid heat is so awesome in the freezing morning. The different heating modes function great and are easy to use. I love the hand pockets and I wear it all day if it's cold. I am rating this 5 stars because I have only one complaint, that's where the battery goes. This vest has 2 heaters where the left and right hand pockets are, but the battery goes in the left hand pocket. There's another pocket on the left breast that would have been perfect. But that's the only thing that I have found wrong with this vest. The quality is great and it has a robust zipper that holds up to stressful activity. I definitely recommend this because it's an amazing value and very accurate description.

Overall this is a good heated vest that will keep you warm in just about any conditions if worn under the right layers. The sizing seems to be pretty accurate, and the quality appears to be good. When you turn on the heat, you can feel it almost immediately and it gets quite warm on high. However, I have two issues with this compared to my other heated vests I've used in the past:First, there is no separate battery pocket. Usually the batter goes in a zippered pocket inside the vest, but this garment uses the external hand pocket on the left to store the battery. Now typically you're wearing layers over the vest, the pockets aren't really needed. So this isn't really a big deal, but it is unusual.Second, there are two buttons, one for the front elements, and one for the back. This can be nice if you only want one or the other, but I think typically you're going to want both, and there's no way to turn both on or off together, you have to turn each one on and off with the two separate buttons. Again, this is a minor issue, but it's annoying when other vests don't do it this way. I have one vest that has four individually controllable heat zones, but you can still turn them all on or off with a single button (there are additional buttons to toggle the various sections). Of course, that vest was more expensive. For the price, this is a good garment that will keep you warm.
