I purchased a Helly Hansen grey version of this jacket 7 years ago and wanted a replacementIt’s perfect, love the white zip on black it’s very cool. Amazing price reduced from 180 euro to 106.I’m 5 foot 5 and size 12/14 in clothes , ordered a size L so that I can wear jumper etc to layer upYou will not be disappointed if you buy this

Really pleased with this jacket and reach for it more than my Patagonia Torrentshell. Perfect length and cut for me (175cm) and I don’t find the arms too long at all. Love it for dog walks. Pockets could be deeper but still functional and not a dealbreaker for me. Great hood.

Great Helly Hansen brand. Hate black, but I was pressed for time for a true waterproof coat. Coat fits slim which is actually nice. The hood is why fewer stars. I tried snugging it close to my face to keep the wind out which pulled the brim to point down obstructing my vision. Really?!!

I purchased thinking it was the insulated version but it was not. However, it will be more useful to me as a well made raincoat and I can layer my clothing underneath if it's cold. It's a win win for me.

I am 5'7" and can't stand raincoats/slickers that come to my waist/hips -- because if I wear a slightly longer shirt or cardigan, they get soaking wet. This is not only a stylish coat, but it is just the right length and weight. Not just that, I often need to work outside (we own a winery) in the POURING rain and it keeps me completely dry. I have purchased many raincoats over the years and this is the only one that does the trick. It is a bit warm in the summer, but I will suffer to stay dry. In the cooler/cold months, there is plenty of room to layer. The black is also great for travel; while not stylish, it's very packable and versatile. Well worth the $$.

I have a helly hansen winter coat and needed a rain coat.... oh boy do they never disappoint. I stand by this brand for jackets and always will!

I have had this jacket for 7 years and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Still looks like new. Layers well, washes well, nothing has ever broken or frayed. If my house is ever on fire this jacket is one of the first things I will grab. (Ok ok I exaggerate) Was good investment.
