I purchased the Hera’s 6 piece patio set and I love it. The quality is great and the comfort just as amazing. Putting it together had a few incidents but nothing you wouldn’t expect. I put one ottoman together wrong and couldn’t get the screws out because I stripped them. Now this was my fault of course but I went on line and had a chat with customer service and within 10 days I had a replacement. I think Hera’s furniture and customer service is excellent. I would certainly buy from them again.

This is a nice product. A little tricky to assemble, but if you are careful to follow the diagrams you will be fine. Assemble the couch first because they give you a ratchet wrench that will help with the rest of the assembly. Make sure you use the exact parts where the diagram shows, otherwise things will not go together properlyAll in all a nice product with comfortable thick cushions.

Absolutely love the quality. The cushion seat and back are thick.. you melt into them. All cushions sit like a glove too.The color Peacock is pretty and the fabric appears durable.The service is great too!Recommended to my friends.Very happy!Oh, it arrived early too!

We are very pleased with this set! We did have to wait for all the boxes to arrive, as some boxes were delayed. Once all boxes were here, the assembly went well and the set is beautiful and comfortable. Our suggestion would be to take all the cushion covers and separate them. The ones with the long zipper that goes around the cushion corner are the seat cushions and the others are the back ones. Assemble each piece separately and use a tarp to keep track of the hardware and screws. Do NOT tighten the screws until all screws are started! (As stated in the instructions) I was glad that all the seat and back cushions seem to be the same size. Much easier! Really glad we bought this! Perfect for our cabin decks

Love this furniture. My sister mostly assembled it for me. I occassionally had to help put in some screws as some holes weren't lining up. I also tightened the screws as she didn't have the hand strength to do it with the little allen wrench. The cushions are nice and thick, not thin like those 8 piece U shaped wicker sets you see for like $700. I spilled water on the seat and it beaded up very nicely and I was just able to brush it off so that gives me hope that the material will do well outside. The couch is huge. Love the swivel chairs. I like this set more than the $2K set I got from Lowes for my primary home. Can't speak highly enough for the quality feel of this set. Get it, you won't be disappointed. That gazebo is 10' x 12' and fits the set nicely. That's by JolyDale over on Wayfair and it is very nice.

The materials and construction of the woven pieces are very good. The cushions are thick and the fabric seems durable. The swivel chairs are really nice. We’re pleased with the look. However, assembly is a bit of a nightmare. So many nuts, bolts and washers to sort out. Holes for bolts often did not line up straight. It takes two people and a lot of patience. Also a note on shipping: the furniture came in 5 different deliveries over almost a 3 week period. That’s a long wait to get the whole set. We had a problem receiving the last piece and customer service was great. We bought the set on Prime Day which eased the pain of assembly. I recommend but be prepared for a difficult assembly.

The furniture is a nice quality. Really like the wicker and cushions are very comfortable. It's getting to the point to get the use out of it. The assembly time took a long time. Probably 10-12 hours altogether. Tools included are made for someone with childlike hands and assembly points for the furniture are in really tight areas to get at. Couldn't use a power drill with hex bits as not enough room to maneuver it. Just know going into this assembly project to have patience.
