Do not buy. First, was confusing to use and did not work well. Scanned my house where I have cameras and did not detect them. Waste of money.

So this is a relatively cheap unit, and it does work. The thing is that the detection is not instant. I was not able to sweep it across electronics and have it detect. I had to point it at an electronic item and wait for it to process. That means i pointed it at a light socket and waited a 3-count, then moved it to point at an electric clock for a 3 count, then the smoke detector, etc. At this price point I was not expecting much, and am glad that it does work. The camera detection red light reflector does say to use it in a darkened room so that seems a standard thing. Overall, I am glad to have it and it does give me some peace of mind. If I were traveling a lot, I would get a much more expensive unit that is more sensitive and processes faster to be able to sweep a room more efficiently and more thoroughly.

The Wireless Signal & Hidden Camera detector was so easy to use. You literally take it out of the box, plug it in to charge, and it is ready to use. The color signal lights are easy to follow - blue tooth signals are blue, hidden camera detection is red and magnetic responses are green. it is lightweight and easily fits in the palm of your hand. I had instant peace of mind after how easy it was to use. I would highly recommend. This was recommended and found for me from a friend that works in networking and it is a great product that was exactly what I was looking for.

Watch out spies! This is a good little tool to have handy when traveling! Especially when using AirBnB’s. It gives you an extra sense of security. The size is comparable to a vape pen. Sound and sensitivity is noticeable without being obnoxious. Battery held a charge for the duration of the trip, and is easy to charge using any usb port.
