  • Allows Diesel Injectors to Run Properly

This is a top quality completely remanufactured high-pressure oil pump for 2005-2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L diesel applications. This is commonly referred to as a "cast iron pump". The high-pressure oil pump creates and maintains oil pressure, allowing your diesel fuel injectors to operate correctly.
Important fitment note for 2004 model year trucks, please verify this before purchasing:
This high pressure oil pump is appropriate for trucks with engine serial numbers after 6,344,943. If your engine serial number is earlier than this, the correct high pressure oil pump for your vehicle will be the TamerX HPOP123X. (Aluminum body) Please note that the best way to verify fitment is to visually confirm which HPOP is currently installed in your vehicle before purchasing.
This is a remanufactured part that has a core. This means we need the old pump returned. We do not charge for the core up front. A return shipping label is included with the pump (Untied States only) . We provide a warranty with our product which is activated when your core is returned to us.
The HP122IPR comes ready to install. The STC fitting is replaced with the updated one-piece design and is pre-installed and set to the correct position. Application:

I have gone through 3 of these. The first one didn't even produce the pressure needed to start my truck. The second one had catastrophic failure that spewed metal parts of the pump through out the engine. Had to pay for new oil cooler and multiple oil changes and magnetic cleaning to get the metal out of the engine and could have ruined my engine. The third one finally worked right, but not after costing me another 990.00 to fix Tamerx's pump failure. They didn't bother to pay for the extra charges, but just refunded the pump money. So I got stuck paying out over 500 dollars to clean up the mess from the failed pump. I don't recommend buying from them if they can't stand behind the product and the damage it caused to my engine. I don't recommend buying from them if this is what they are going to do when you buy from them. I won't buy from them again with this kind of warranty.

At first I thought they didn't put the gaskets in it. And I wrote them about it but then I realized they were there rolled up tightly. This made feel better and I felt like I shouldn't have wrote them about it and for that I am truly sorry. And the pump was the perfect fit and cure. Thank you very much
