Do not recommend. Although but guarantees it has an updated chip and will work with your printer. It does not. I followed all the directions I found in online forum us to help as when I reached out to customer service for help I never got a reply.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Much less expensive than printer brand ink. Crisp, vibrant color printing. Perfect for all sublimation projects.

First print looked decent, but after a few uses, the magenta stopped working properly. I double-checked the installation, but it still gave me streaky prints on coated mugs.

It came ink exploded in the wrap had to throw away and the black cyan and yellow the sg500 printer did not recognize the ink cartridge

The cyan cartridge didn’t dispense properly. I noticed streaks and uneven blue areas on my prints. Tried cleaning nozzles and doing head alignments—no improvement.

The chip seemed to work at first, but after two prints, my SG1000 stopped mid-job and wouldn't resume. Printer kept throwing error messages until I removed the ink.
