This dress is nice, and it has a beautiful flower pattern, but the sizing is completely off and it runs very small! We ordered a size 7Y for a 6-year-old who is on the slender and shorter side, assuming it would fit her a little bit loose, but we were completely wrong. When I saw the dress, I couldn't believe how small it was. It would probably fit more on our 4-year-old, but not for very long. The material is quite thin, not stretchy, and VERY see-through (as in, inappropriate without something under). Our daughter was really excited to be able to wear this dress, but her excitement quickly turned into disappointment when she saw that it didn't fit her. Fortunately, she has a younger sister. But, even then, it's only with shorts on under it which kind of negates the point of a summer dress.5 stars for pattern, fabric, and look1 stars for size accuracy and actually fitting2 stars for transparency

My daughter is going to wear this as her Easter dress this year. I was concerned that the open back might be too much but the way the dress fits, it is super cute and appropriate. I loved that the dress is 100% cotton. We're trying to add more natural fibers to our children's wardrobes, so that is important to me. My five year old is on the shorter side and the size 6 fit her perfectly in length. If your daughter is tall, I would size up.

This dress is cute but it’s a bit tight on my daughter. I got her a size 7. It’s a cotton dress so there’s no stretch to it at all like she’s used to. She also needed help getting it on and tied. It’s an okay dress. It’s pretty but I don’t think it’ll be in her regular rotation.

Its a very cute dress, however the material isnt all that soft for being 100% cotton and its fairly see through in all areas except the bust which had a double layer of the material.

This dress is cute but fit a little to baggy on my skinny 20 month old whom is 21lbs.
