The IC is not an SG3525, there is only 1 output and its on pin 13 which is Vc on a SG3525. There are no signals on pins 11 and 14 at all which are normally the A and B outputs. The chip on the board has all the characteristics of a TI494. This goes the same for all the other similar boards on Amazon.

No schematic. Waste of money. The board connection linked to only one output of SG3525 IC. The IC generate two complementary signal. Why only one is provided? Surely someone know why? It should be declared about the output pulsed. Hence there is no use for this board.
