I've introduced beading and jewelry making with my granddaughters, and these felt matts are the best. Their beads stay in place and they can separate them by color and shapes for the bracelets they are making. There are no more rolling beads! I couldn't recommend these enough, they are perfect for for even novice jewelry makers!

My old beading mat was coming apart, so I purchased these... I love that I can use my new mats to organize my colors! And I also love my metal scoop that was included!

A great bang for the buck. First, you may read in other reviews that this is a soft item with no board on the back. That is correct, however, this company makes these pads WITH a board so choose between the two. I wanted a soft moveable mat that I could place in various trays. I do move them around and place them on top of each other. I like the size of partitions on the mat, the measurement guide is helpful and the fact that it has a ridge all the way around to prevent spills is a bonus. A great product at a great price.

Like it very much but did not realize it doesn't have a hard.backing. spray adhesive to 12x12 canvas board worked in a pinch

I think this is a good product, except the picture is misleading.This is just a pad, not a tray. To use it and move it around d you must put it on a solid surface. The darker perimeter of the pad makes it seem as though it is a tray. I will glue stiff card board to the bottom and it will work as I want it to.

Great bead mat for projects requiring up to 14 different beads! So nice to have beads segregated and not mingling with other beads as units are created.Base mat is Velux. Top fabric is stiff felt aprroximately 1/8th thick.Bought this while building with 3D Peyote "Puffy" Stars. It's been a Godsend.THREE mats are included as well as a shove/tweezer tool. Upon ordering, I honestly didn't expect to receive 3 mats but am thrilled! It allows for more than one project to be in the works and moved to different workstations on-demand.HIGHLY Recommend!!!
