This worked great! The only thing (and it was very slight) was that the end pieces have a slight ramp to them under the top plastic piece that slowed me down slightly and it was hard to find a good rhythm to my workout. And you definitely need the slide spray (guessing it's just Pledge repackaged).

Product works great, the adjustable ends is worth the extra cash. You can save yourself some dough & buy pledge instead of the expensive slide spray.

just received today. husband set it up and then went to put the booties on and one shredded apart. he was able to salvage it and is using the board now...slippery - which is good. and adjustable length which is good (various heights in the house)...but the torn bootie is NOT good. not made well. company should send a new set.
