Purchased in December of 24, followed instructions; no trees. For me it was a loss, others may have better luck.I do NOT recommend this product based on my own experience.

Great customer experience! Had issues with the first sets of seeds and customer support was FAST reaching out and sending a replacement. I can't stress how important customer service is for me and this company was friendly, fast, and I can't wait to grow these bad boys.

Be sure to read all the directions first before planting! Forgot to Germanize my seeds before placing them in the PMOS and needless to say they didn’t grow but now that I have done it correctly I think it’s going to be good!

Product seems overpriced compared to alternatives and the seeds they provide you with for the sacred fig are so tiny that it is nearly impossible to manage them. I soaked the few seeds in the bag and after 24 hours I couldn't see more than 2 seeds in the cup. I personally don't recommend getting this version if you want to grow bonsais specifically cause of the sacred fig seeds.

3 out of the 4 of plants have germinated and are planted. 4th should be ready soon. Kit came with everything I needed to start and good directions. First time ever planting anything so I'd say its a success so far!

Updated April 29 2021: see pics below. This is after about 4 months (3 months with seeds in fridge for 1 per directions). The other was different care. Progress on 2 of 4 seed samples.Was looking for a different family gift for under the tree and this fit the bill.Nice packaging and informational booklet included but the directions are not great!Will update once they start growing...as these trees take time.
