I've been using this chair (Blue) for a few weeks now and I am writing to say this is a very functional and comfortable office chair. Much better than other chairs I've owned. I initially encountered a few quality issues with the first chair I received that arrived badly banged up and appeared to be poorly repackaged with a few damaged parts. I reached out directly to the seller using the email address that was provided in the package to request a response before initiating a return. I've reached out to number of sellers over the years for similar reasons and, I must say, the responses I received from the seller's customer service rep were by far the most professional and courteous responses I have received to date. They greatly exceeded my expectations and promptly sent a replacement chair as well as sending me follow up emails to provide shipment tracking and checking to see if the new chair arrived and was in good condition. The replacement chair was in great condition and was well packaged (confirming my suspicions that the previous chair was repackaged). I noticed the headrest was redesigned, which indicated the first chair I received was an older model. There are a few negative reviews about the headrest wearing out and not staying up on its own, but that issue has been addressed in the new model as there is now a button that locks the headrest into place (see photo) so those negative reviews are no longer applicable to the new version of the chair (assuming you receive the new model). I also really appreciate the thick armrest padding (shown in photo) as my last chairs' armrests were thin and I've previously underestimated the impact of that on overall chair comfort over time. I'll note that I installed high quality caster wheels I had on my previous chairs to reduce rolling sound on my vinyl floors, but the wheels that come with this chair are good quality so no complaint there (replacement wheels are shown in my photo). All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance and appearance of my new chair as well as the EXCELLENT customer service I received on behalf of CYKOV. Above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this chair to anyone based on my experience with this company. Thank you, Lily!

This is the first mesh chair I've owned nad am impressed its for the most part comfortable my only con is that you can't adjust the back rest so your sitting straight up which I understand that the chair is made that way for better posture so won't knock a star off and tonget it on sale $40 off can't beat it seeing I needed a chair that either the arms went down or lifted up so it would slide under my desk which seems newer gaming chairs have fixed arm rest now a days and I love that it comes with a 5 year warranty

Update: The company contacted me and are sending me a gas cylinder replacement that will enable the chair to go lower. Good customer service. I'm impressed.The lowest height is still too high. I am 5' 3" and my feet will not rest flat on the floor unless I have thick-soled shoes on. I work from home so I'm usually in stocking feet. I've never had this problem with a chair. I'm going to have to buy some sort of a platform to rest my feet on. Definitely not recommended for shorter people.

It's a remarkable office chair that I’ve been using for the past week. This chair is really comfy and is great quality, so I’m giving it 5* for that….. but I have a few things to point out that I wish I knew or payed attention to before making the purchase, bc in order to keep this chair, I had to alter other things which cost more money, so I hope this helps someone.Positives1. Easy to put together, did so in under 30mins2. very comfortable chair, had no idea I needed a head rest and higher back chair3. Rocks great, nice and smooth, this chair is very comfy4. Great quality, quite a heavy chair, sturdy and looks great….has a great seat cushion, wide and thickMy gripes1. I am 5.6ft tall, and even on lowest height setting, I now need a foot stool to be ergonomic and have my feet fully touch flat (fine, they did say for tall ppl, but had to buy a foot rest and spend more $$$)2. The arm rests are too low for me. I have a long torso, shorter legs, so When I am sitting my elbows and arms do not quite touch or reach the arm rests, so now I had to buy 1.5” thick arm rest pads that slip on over the armrests, so my arms and elbows reach the armrest…so I had to spend extra $$$ again.3. Bc the chair is higher up than my old chair even in lowest height setting, with me in the chair it was too high for my desk, so I had to buy furniture risers to raise my desk up 2 inches so when sitting in my new chair I can go under the desk more (so again, had to spend more $$$ to make this work)4. I don’t know why, but as I spin in the chair, the angle of the seat changes, it’s weird. Like I can feel it like a tilt a whirl, turned in one way my legs and hips kind of lean forward,or turn slightly more and now my legs/knees are higher up and the seat tilts back more. So if not in the right angle, the chair seat can feel uneven or crooked and you can see it and feel it. I’ve never noticed this before in other chairs but it’s very noticeable in this one for me and it’s kind of annoying. When in the just right position I don’t notice it, but it means the base has to be at the perfect angle to feel right. I don’t know how to explain this better.5. I’ve had my chair since Oct 25th, worked in it 1 day, I’ve been on vaca since and returned today so this is day 2 of sitting in the chair, it already squeaks when it spins….thats annoying. Checked everything, no parts are loose, it squeaks when it spins even without me in the chair.6. The wheels that came with the chair are nice, but didn’t spin great on my carpet….it is a higher pile. So I had to buy the roller blade type wheels…again, I had to spend more $$$Overall great chair BUT check the height of your desk first as unfortunately the chair is much higher than reg chairs, at least in my case. I don’t know if I should keep or return it all. I don’t want the hassle so I will keep working and see how I feel. I still have time to return it.

Esta silla ha sido una grata sorpresa: el asiento es super cómodo para las horas que paso sentada por home office, el diseño me encantó es bonita y muy diferente a la clásica silla de oficina. Súper bien que tiene soporte de cabeza y lumbar ajustables. Es un plus que los descansa brazos se puedan mover. El armado fue sencillo. Muy acorde la relación calidad-precio. La recomiendo!

Design feels substandard. A lot of cheap feeling plastic components. One of the screw hole does not even align with the socket inside, which prevent the screw from even getting screwed in. Requested for a return/refund. Will steer clear from this brand in the future.
