This is what it is- a cheap horse blanket. It comes with a neck cover which I can’t speak on because the blanket wouldn’t come within 6” of closing on my horse’s chest. The buckle closure is made of thin nylon webbing which I doubt would hold up to much. I bought my hors’es usual size and it would have been useable if it would have buckled over his chest. The drop was good and the length along the spine was true to size. This might fit a horse with a small neck and underdeveloped shoulder.The quality of the closures leaves me doubting their longevity if used in a turnout situation. I can’t comment on the waterproofing since the horse never wore it.

I have an Appaloosa, pretty tall. Fit him perfectly. Has kept him warm. Tear resistant considering he rolls around a lot.

Awkward fit, cheap thin chest buckles and strap with loose grommets out of the package. Huge tail flap , lacking proportional fit It does not feel like my other 1200D
