- Heavy duty CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel axle shafts and outdrive cups - Heavy duty CNC machined S2 spring steel wheel stub shafts - Replaces factory plastic rear drive axles - Black and brown oxide coated steel aids corrosion resistance - Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber o-rings to prevent movement - Design eliminated CV pin setscrew - Fully rebuildable - Near zero backlash design - Utilized factory 12mm wheel hex hubs

YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- Two (2) rear assembled CVD with spring steel wheel stub shafts - Two (2) steel outdrive cups

REQUIREMENTS:

- Removable thread lock (blue threadlocking compound) on screws threading into metal - Light grease for CV joint helps maintain their longevity

SPECIFICATIONS:

- Overall length: 114mm - Dogbone length pin to pin: 78.5mm - Dogbone pin diameter: 2.5mm

COMMENTS:

- For brushless power and heavy duty applications, use Hot Racing heavy duty splined axles SLF288RCR - Replaces factory plastic TRA TRA1951 half shafts, TRA2753X stub axles, and TRA4628R output yokes

The axle contacts the axle cup before the suspension fully compresses, you can see shock shaft still showing. This effectively makes the diff the bump stop.I think it goes without saying but the diff is not designed for that.

Fits perfect, no binding it has full articulation of the suspension without issues. And it will not break like my plastic one. Good quality part for the money, well worth it.

The driveshafts are too long and it causes binding on the rear suspension.
