Didn't fit the size of ironing board it stated in the description.As you can see I had to duct tape it on to get it to stay in place.To top it off the foam inside was ripped when I opened it

Hard to find an ironing board cover that harmonized with my kitchen. This one did, but the foam underneath did tear a bit while I was putting it on. Those foams deteriorate after a year or so, so durability is a question but this wasn't a very expensive cover anyway.

The fit was amazingly perfect for my standard-size board. I put it on over the original, old cover and pad. The foam underlay is just enough to keep a barrier between the old pad, and the fabric on top is substantial and doesn't appear cheap. Very glad I purchased it.

This Ironing board cover fit my standard sized iron board perfectly. It doesn't have a thick padding, only a thin foam padding. I added it on top of my old cover which gave it some padding and my board is perfect now. This cover looked exactly as pictured and was easy to use. It is holding up nice since I bought it in March. Overall, I like this cover. However, if you like thicker padding ones, this is not for you. Some pics attached for reference.

Not much to write about this, other that it does the job, has decent padding and the design looks good too. The price is reasonable and I have not had any problems when ironing various types of clothes/fabric ---highly recommended.

I've never rushed to write a negative review before, but this item warrants it. The so-called "thick foam pad for a smooth ironing surface" is in reality a thin, brittle sheet of the cheapest foam imaginable.(The kind that tears if you touch it). Mine was already ripped, right out of the package. I fingered the tear, trying to determine whether I could sew it up, and it proceeded to shred completely.The cotton cover seems thin also, and with the junk underneath, won't last long. The elasticized sides are pretty well sewn, and it looks like it would be a snug fit -- just with all the torn foam bunched underneath.I bought this to replace an unsightly cover that has been in use for decades. But for all it's scorch marks and frayed elastic sides, it has a thick felt backing and it will be resurrected!

Very pretty and works good. I purchased a new iron and decided to also replace the worn out cover. It feels nice to the touch and the straight line pattern isn't too feminine, but still wife approved. The fit was perfect on my stand-up/fold-up ironing stand.

It's definitely not the thickest padding available, but the $13 price is still worth it. It was also a little small for the board that I own, but it's still good enough to get the job done.
