In order to help others troubleshoot forced air furnace issues, here is what my furnace was doing before I tried replacing this part. I have forced air heating, with a Honeywell thermostat. In the wintertime last year my furnace would intermittently stop pushing out the heat. The heat would be produced but the blower wouldn’t activate. I would hear the heating parts working but the next stage to activate the blower would not begin. Sometimes you could hear the click click of it trying to start the blower but it wouldn’t go. This would happen almost randomly but at any given point in a day or two of time. I’d realize it was happening by noticing how cold it was in the house, look at the thermostat and see it was getting colder, and could hear the low hum of the first stage rumbling but not blowing. Prior to replacing this part, the solution that did seem to work was to shut the thermostat off for a minute or two then turning back on. If that was not successful then resetting the circuit breaker was helpful. Not best when I’m trying to sleep in the middle of the night. Replacing this part resolved this issue.

I replaced the intermittent furnace control board with this OEM replacement. We carefully transferred the wires from one board to the other board. Turned on the furnace and only the exhaust blower turned on. No flame. Replaced the old board and it worked. We changed this because the old board would get stuck and only the blower would turn on and occasionally the burner. We will try another vendor. Really disappointed.
