I've had this toilet for 4 years I finally got rid of it.Thank god. Where do I start. Mine had touchless automatic flush that malfunctioned, it started to flush over and over and over again without anyone being around. This was after two weeks. I decided to forget about it and disconnect it and use it manually on the side. Parts of the toilet bowl are never covered by the jets. SoThat means , if there is any splatter , you have to constantly manually clean it all over and over. The water in the bottom of the bowl is very shallow. So if you go number two you must flush right away or the bathroom will start smelling up. I put up with it for a few because I didn't want to spend the money and pay for a new install. Then finally it developed a hairline crack in the bowl. I have no idea how that happened. No one hit it, nothing fell in it.It just appeared out of nowhere. So I had to suck it up.Put out the money and replace it. I can't tell you how happy I was to get rid of it.
