It's probably a good product but with the definition it's hard to see the correct fit. It looks good and should do the job on the correct application.

It broke the second time I started my gen. Two retractable posts that pop out when pulling starter blew out of their holder. It was missing the two little flat springs that retract the posts back in after starts. As a result, those posts didn't retract and they destroyed the crank shaft starter mechegnizem! I have to replace that part also that's bolted to the crankshaft.

Bought two of these and the first one broke 2 days after installation. The second one broke 2 weeks after instsllation. Two days ago I had to purchase two new ones from a different seller.

The product was the correct piece but didn’t seems to fit very well. I tightened all the nuts and confirmed the teeth caught and it started up the machine multiple times. But sure enough when I needed it the most it malfunctioned and broke.
