I use this battery for my business ID scanner. However, I have boughten 2 batteries to date. Last boughten was in Dec. 2023 but it is already starting to bulge a little so the cover of the ID scanner is not closing properly. I would recommend taking a warranty on this. As of Sept. 25, 2024, I have found that my 3rd battery needs replacing again. I will be checking with the manufacture as to why. Could it be the charging station and not the battery? Update: I have been told this is not the usual. Token Works is sending out a new battery and charging station for replacement. I was told to leave the battery on the charging system until it's 100% charged and to only leave it on the holder for 2 hours after, not overnight. Hope this helps.
