This vest is a puffer style vest that has a heat reflective inner lining. It comes with three different heat levels. It works with 7.2 volt batteries or USB batteries. This vest is listed as a XXL and appears to be true to size. Overall I really like this vest and it works great so I'd say it was a good value purchase.
