I was excited to use this. It came with no directions. I had snapped the filter cover on just for trial but did not yet put the filter in. Now I cannot get the filter cover to come off. I hope the company who sells this will offer some tips on that from this review, otherwise I may return it. It seems impossible to get the filter cover off. I also have no idea how to buy new filters if I needed some.

I wanted a bird bath with a water feature and this product is exactly what I had invasioned before I came running to Amazon. It's unfortunately a product I had to dig through listing's for and there was no product reviews so I had to risk it but this risk most definitely paid off! It doesn't come with instructions because it's so easy it would truly be a waist of pape! It's easly assembled took less than 2 min to unbox and have up and running, well made (thick plastic with a metal bolt for an anchor to attach to the cage) comes with extra filters and best of all it's extremely quiet 🤫

If, strong if, you can open the filter cover to replace it exactly what are you supposed to replace it with! I have been trying to find replacement filters since I bought the thing, extremely frustrating. They don't list the product part, size, or offer replacement filters. Thus after the filter is used up the product is no longer good enough for my birds. If only you could PROVIDE REPLACEMENT FILTERS what a difference that would make.
