My front console USB-C port had not worked since I bought my 2021 F150 (used). This replacement fully fixed the issue. The media hub is kind of a pain to remove. I used plastic trim panel tools and a small flathead screwdriver to finally get it to pop free. The original cables were also attached quite strongly and required a little bit of coaxing to remove. But overall, this project took about 15 minutes start to finish and now both USB-A and USB-C ports in the front console are fully operational.
