I purchased this board through one of Isle's distribution channels. West Marine. They are authorized dealers. After two months, the board started to rip at the middle handle. The one you are expected to use when you carry the board. I went back to West Marine and they said that the warranty was covered by the manufacture. The pointed out that they couldn't possibly handle the warranty for all the plethora of products they handled. That warranty issues needed to be determined by the individual company.Isle was sold to a new company and they kept on coming up with reasons they couldn't honor the product. They agreed the product was defective, but they said they couldn't cover warranties unless I bought it directly from them. Their warranty department refused to elevate my claim. Then they promised to provide a call back. Then I was told the supervisor was just fired and no one could help me. It was if they were having fun by telling me to pound sand.I researched the company before I purchased and they got decent reviews. Now I realize they were mostly promoted by their social media geniuses. They tout their 5 year warranty and two months after you buy it they ignore you. I'm 3,000 miles away from their business and there is no way I can fix my problem.The West Marine people told me they are repeatedly having issues with Isle and I should consider a much better product....Bote.

Producto de muy mala calidad, primero se le partió la quilla después el remo y por ultimo se exploto , estaba guardado en un lugar no expuesto al sol, no es la primera tabla que tengo es muy raro que haya pasado, el proveedor no se ha comunicado para dar respuesta de la garantía.
