No power supply, short power cord, no backup battery.I owned the previous model and loved it.Love the dimmer functionI ordered this model to replace it, its still in the box.Replaced the backup battery in old unit and works likebrand new second hand!

Overall I'm ok with the purchase and am not going to return it.Pros:Big bright displayEasy to use & pair with phones, but only supports being paired to 1 device at a timeReasonable audio quality, obviously no base, but sound is pleasant and clearCons:The USB plug is extremely short. It's only about 2' long. Considering that it needs to be plugged in to operate, that's nowhere near enough. Thankfully I had a USB extension, but this is a very big issue that would be very cheap to fix for the manufacturer.No USB adapter included. Considering it needs to be plugged in to operate... it makes it impossible to operate unless you have one lying around...No internal battery. This means that if the power flickers even for a second, the clock gets reset. My 20 year old clock had a small battery (or maybe even a capacitor) inside that would keep it alive for about 1 minute...

i like the Bluetooth connectivity, and the ease of use of the controls, and that it has an fm radio..Radio reception as good. the sound though was not that great .. very tinny sounding, no lower midrange and no bass. also, there are two speakers but it's not stereo.in short, it is an easy-to-use alarm clock with FM and Bluetooth, but its not going to replace your hi-fi.

Great design large number face. The only criticism is there is no backup battery so each time the power goes out you have to reprogramme the clock.
