UNREGULATED. Make sure you read this in the description. I needed ~15vdc to power a small series LED circiut. This thing puts out almost 22vdc unloaded. When I loaded it to the 204ma (~1/2 its capacity) I need for my project, it was still putting out 17.8vdc... so more power to burn up in the resistors and more heat. I'm sure it will rate 5 stars for whatever project you need it for, just make sure you get the adapter that suits your project. I will try the 12vdc adapter as it wil probably put out closer to the voltage I need.
