This truss is made to be a precise fit to the Jeep JK Front Dana 44 Rubicon. These trusses are made to span the full length of your housing to prevent bent or broken axle tubes.

I did the job myself of welding it in with 3/32nd 6011 and 6013 rods on 110v, although I found its better and quicker to use 1/8 inch rods but thats up to you. Its very easy to burn in once you get the truss assembled and tacked on. I also did the C gusset kit from Barnes 4wd on it so the Cs may look beefier on my dana 30. Would I trust this truss? Yes I would. (You'll see I removed the axle housing axle from the jeep because I did C Gussets and truss, weld-in inner sleeve kit from Teraflex (the one younhabe to drill holes into the housing and weld it in), and I also threw in a aussie locker in the front.

This is perfect! What are two pieces I had to fabricate just because I already had some aftermarket stuff, welded on my axle already. But it’s just like a puzzle and fits perfect around your axle! Painted it and it’s beautiful.

This truss is stout and well worth the money. It was a little intimidating when it first arrived. It's looks like a jigsaw puzzle, but I started setting the pieces and It fit perfect with very little tweeking and fab to the pass thruogh notches. I just got it welded up recently and almost ready for install, looks good and totally confident in its strength
