My new horse is a draft cross and it is difficult to find 6 inch bits. I've used this eggbutt with the oval link on 6 different horses and each one went fine in it. I like the eggbutt sides that won't pinch and the bit seems to be comfortable in the horses' mouths.

My OTTB loves this bit. We tried a number of different bits and settled on this one. We needed a 6" bit and that was hard to find, but fortunately found this one. No more head tossing!! She has a fairly shallow palate and has a bit of an overbite so was concerned about finding a bit that was comfortable. This one did the trick!
