On the plus side - it was bigger than I expected. Plenty of room for the cupcakes that I need to transport this weekend. There are two problems. One, the plastic smell is strong. I washed it and have it sitting in the sun. Hopefully it will be better soon. Second - the lift out trays. It was clever to have handles that could swivel either direction. The problem is that it is just a bend in the plastic. I doubt that I will be able to bend it more than a few times before they start breaking. I don't have time to get something else but if I did, I would have returned this. Not worth the money.

My family broke my Nicole brand acmoore 3 tier cupcake holder - only the top tier - I loved it so much I searched everywhere for it but could not find it. I measured the two tiers I have and this one was close enough match. It 100% fits the two tiers I have left I just snapped in place now I have 4 tier cupcake holder and saved my two tiers from having to trash. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive but it really was a miracle container.

The most important feature is the latches that secure on the side - I can tell you that these latches are very strong! This container can carry much more than just cupcakes by simply flipping over the removable cupcake tray or removing the tray as both the underside of tray and 'top shelf' is flat. We have used it to carry cakes, donuts, bread loaf and cupcakes. If you only need one of the two levels, let's say all you have is 6 cupcakes, then just remove the 2nd level and the lid will latch on to the bottom - now you have just what you need. I like this container. It is well designed!

It's roomy and the trays come out so I can use it for other desserts. Plus the handles to lift out can be folded down to use the tray insert as a serving stand. I can see myself buying more of these as gifts for my friends and family who like to bake.

I’m using this cupcake carrier to transport cupcakes I bake at home. It holds the cupcakes securely in place so I don’t have to worry about frosting everywhere. It has 2 layers so that each dozen is separated. It’s sturdy and easy carry.
