...it would be nice to know (for us uninitiated) that these call for anchoring into the floor of the garage. Assembly instructions include an illustration sized for an ant. So I had an ant read them to me.

Goes together in about 5 minutes, holds the bike up great, I own two of these - one is permanently attached to my motorcycle trailer and the other I use in the garage. The nice thing about these is by yourself you can put the bike in the stand, strap it down, then put a motorcycle jack under the bike and lift the rear tire off the ground in a very stable way.
