This gives it a more comfortable carry position and a faster draw. No idea what they were thinking with the odd angle one. IYKYK. This one makes it so you're ready to put in work with that ferocious little blade.It's definitely worth the upgrade.

It looks nice and it feels solid.The first problem that appears is putting the clip on the sheath. There are 4 small pins that go through the clip, then 4 rubber loops, then the sheath, and are fastened on the other side by small, allen wrench screws. The are difficult to tighten and take a little time to actually put together.The next problem is the clip. It got caught on something as I was walking and bent the clip outward. In order to fasten it to my belt without the sheath coming with the knife when pulled, I had to put a ziptie around it to turn it into a belt loop.Overall, I'm not particularly satisfied by the design, but I can't think of anything better, so....

this item comes completely unassembled, it should come with a tiny screwdriver but it don't. Be prepared to find the tiniest screw driver youve ever seen. I am assuming you have to put it together for yourself because you choose right or left handed. I think they should sell them right or left handed,

I bought this sheath for my dad after he lost the sheath for his Ka-Bar TDI. It fits perfectly and he isn't missing the original any more. So far I am not understanding the complaints about the clip being poor quality, but I will update after a few months of consistent use. Overall great product and I would definitely recommend it as a replacement sheath.

Bought this extra sheath to install on my body armor. This way I just switch the blade from belt sheath to body armor in a flash. I love kabar products. I've had a kabar knife since I was 8 years old. Matter of fact I've STILL got that same kabar I got when I was 8 and its still 100% functional!
