The rings are smoothly cast, with no sharp edges that can cut your webbing or rope. The oval threaded inserts are also very smooth, so they slide up and down the track smoothly without catching. The threaded studs are a bit too long for my tracks, so I plan on using a thick washer to keep the studs from bottoming out. There is a rubber o-ring installed between the ring and stud, but I removed it and put in a washer in its place for a more positive grip. Recommended.

I needed eyelets to help secure items in the bed if my side by side. They fit well and come with rubber stoppers. They are strong enough for what I needed them for. They were a good value for the money.

Usual fare. No attraction to a magnet, so probably really are stainless. Sadly, metric thread, so not as compatible with other US kayak attachments as they could be-don't lose those plates.

Overall, these Kayak Track Mount Tie Down Eyelets are solid, reliable, and make securing your kayak, canoe, or boat a lot easier. They’re definitely worth the investment if you need extra tie-down points that can handle the elements. can use them for tying down gear, securing the kayak to my car, or even setting up bungee cords for extra stability. They’re solid and don’t wiggle or move once tightened, which is great for peace of mind.

These are nice solid track rings. The included slide in t-nut fits my standard composite track perfectly. The only issues I can see is the included round washer is a bit smaller than the base of the ring itself so it does not fit properly. I will need to add my own larger fender washers for a better fit on top of the track. Also, the washer will need to be at least 3/32" (or 3mm thick) in order to keep the bottom of the bolt from digging into the surface wherever the track is simply surface mounded. I don't have any metal track yet to see if they have the same concern but I suspect that is more dependent on the construction of the track itself and not really the ring bolt. I could also simply grind just a bit from the end if I do end up utilizing these with my composite tracks but I think I will hold off until I order metal track first. They do also include rubber o-rings on the bolt to help center it in the track which does work well however you have to be careful as there are no stops on the t-nut so it can fall into the track easily. Overall these are decent strong rings but I just have to be mindful to keep the t-nut from falling into the track.

These are solid eyelets. I use these on my kayak tracks to tie to the dock. Although they do come with rubbber Orings I did not use them. They work really well for small ropes or in my case caribiners. Overall great product and fair value. You won’t be disappointed.
