With the increase in the proposed upper tube mounting positions on the bike frame last year, the demand for a special computer stand began for this unique position. Salsa Cycles offers this feature on most of its executives, while Cannondale and Specialized follow this trend. While many adventurers decide to place a bag of food in this position, others prefer to keep the cockpit area free and clean or full of equipment. Enduro cyclists want the computer to be readable but not from the front and harmless, even if the bike goes down without the driver sitting on it. The countless driving styles require many fastening possibilities, like this one. This top tube mount is specially designed to fit the full range of bike computer sizes on the market. From Garmin 1030 to a Wahoo Mini, and all in between. These brackets allow small computers to be mounted towards the front of the top tube or to larger computers at the back of the headtube. What is special about K-EDGE ? K-EDGE focuses on developing and building the best computer stands and has become the choice of the best drivers in the world. K-EDGE is 10 years old and focuses on perfecting its designs and tests, so the leader of Paris Roubaix or Tour de France can feel as safe as the consumer upgrades their first K-EDGE support. This week, a yellow Tour de France jersey arrived at the office this year with the autograph of Julian Alaphillipes and a note of thanks for our mats.

I thought this would be a great solution for mounting my Garmin on my gravel bike but how in the hell could it cost this much? Plus the reviews pretty much say it’s garbage.

Edit: The plastic insert broke on a bumpy ride. No crash, just bumps. What a piece of garbage.I have a Garmin Edge 1000 and it doesn't mount securely in the K-Edge. My other mounts prevent the Garmin from turning and falling off. The K-Edge does not. If you purchase this mount you really need a teather. This is probably fine for green trails, but won't work when things get chunky. I really can't recommend this product.

I like the idea of taking my Edge 1000 out of harms way from the handle bar and mounting it on the top tube of my mountain bike. On more that 1 occasion, I found my GPS turned 45deg as I inadvertently hit it with my knee. Great idea - just not form me. Might be better for smaller GPS units.
