Overall, I like this lightbar. However, there are a couple of little issues. First, this is a little tricky to get attached to a monitor that has any curve (see picture).Also, it's helpful to know that the main light and RGB backlight are exactly opposite of one another, and the angles can't be modified independently. Ideally, I would like the main light to shine downward, and the RGB backlight to shine directly backward. That isn't possible. I have the main light where I want it, so the RGB light is just shining mostly upward. It's a bit of a bummer.It is pretty easy to control once you figure it out. You just tap the sides to turn in on, and double tap it to turn it off. It's a nice upgrade from the clunkier desk light that I used previously.

I have a computer monitor on a riser behind the audio console in my recording studio. I have a very large (4' x 6') picture of New York City at night on the wall behind the console desk.This light is the perfect solution. I set the RGB side of the fixture to illuminate the picture on the wall and the white light side of the tube to illuminate the work surface on the console. This allows me to have good task lighting and have lots of color choice when I want to light the NYC picture with a color that suits my mood while I am recording or mixing.Love it!
