This is a great way for kids to get their energy out while keeping their brains working. We move the numbers around so they have to find the numbers before they can punch or kick so it is kind of a game instead of a punch out. The material seems thick enough to last if the kids are not too rough. The included air pump would take forever to pump up the bag so I used an air mattress pump to pump it up fast. The bag seems quite stable with water and doesn't move around much as long as you watch the kids "enthusiasm"

I ordered the Rainbow Colours Kids Inflatable Punch Bag for my son, who recently began taekwondo classes, and it’s been a great addition and functional training tool. On the days he doesn’t have class, it gives him something physical and engaging to do instead of defaulting to video games or screen time. He’s taken to using it regularly, practicing his kicks and punches, which helps reinforce what he’s learning in class while keeping him active and moving.This kind of at-home activity is a nice way to encourage healthier habits early on. In a time when kids are increasingly glued to tablets and computers, having something that promotes movement, coordination, and focus is a real plus. It’s been eye-opening to see how something so simple can shift the tone of a day -he’s more energetic, in a better mood, and clearly proud of himself when he puts in the effort to train, even on his own.Setting it up was quick. It inflates easily, and the option to fill the bottom with sand gives it more stability so it doesn’t tip over too easily. I went with sand instead of water because water tends to leak more than sand and for extra weight, and that’s made a difference in how well it bounces back after being hit. However, be prepared to have a little patience when filling it with sand as the hole size is not big and will require a funnel to facilitate the sand into the bottom compartment. It doesn’t take up much space either, which helps in tighter areas or shared spaces.From my perspective, the value in this product isn’t just the price or durability -it’s what it encourages. In a culture where inactivity and unhealthy habits are becoming far too common at younger ages, having something like this in the house is a small but meaningful step toward a healthier lifestyle for my child.

My kids sometimes get a little rambunctious and also seek various sensory input, so I thought this would be great to help them get energy out and fill some of those sensory needs. The punching bag was somewhat difficult to blow up, which is the main reason I took off a star. I used an air mattress pump, but I could only get it mostly full and then had trouble closing the valves before losing air. The included pump helped a little for adding small amounts of air at the end, but I still ran into the same problem getting the valves closed quickly. Putting water in the bottom was a pain too, and in hindsight I probably should have used a funnel or something. We've had to put in more air at least once since we started using it (only about a week). My kids were excited about the stickers, but they're definitely not as permanent as they claim to be. Some didn't stick well to begin with and others have come off and left sticky residue.All of that said, the punching bag itself has been great for my kids. They've enjoyed punching and kicking and sometimes even swinging at it from the sensory swing. It occasionally falls over depending on how they're using it, but it's easy to put it back up and hasn't been an issue for us. The material seems like it should last for a while, and my kids have been warned never to bring anything sharp near it. Overall, we're pretty happy with it and how it fills our needs.

Got this as a gift for my nephew. He loves it. He see's us using our standard punching bag but obviously a heavy bag for an adult isn't going to be as fun for a kid so this was a great entry for his little hands.

My kids love this punching bag. It seems to be well-made and has held up so far. On the surface, it's a lot of fun, but I have some concerns.The main thing I'm worried about is the water-filled base. You just put water into the main base section. It's easy to do, but there's no secondary bladder. If the main base gets a hole or tear, water will leak out everywhere. You have the option to use sand, so that's probably a better idea. I just didn't have any when we opened the box and the kids were anxious to blow it up. It's held up so far, but it's certainly something to keep an eye on.Aside from that, it's lots of fun. I have a 3 and 5 year old and they love playing with it. We put the stickers on, but I don't think they'll last. They're not really necessary anyway. The construction seems solid. It comes with a little hand pump, but it's pretty useless. It was faster to fill it up by mouth. All in all, a fun toy, but we'll see how long it lasts.
