These connecters worked but I had trouble sorting out which of the parts to install. When I installed them I couldn't get the connectors off without a screw driver. There are two inner sleeves and there are no instructions on how to install them.

Purchased a "Project boat" with a low hour, but not well maintained, Honda outboard. While conducting the 300 hour maintenance procedures, which requires pulling the rectifier, I noticed a crack in the rectifier connector (gray alternator side).I saw this part listed at Amazon, and it looked like it matched and would fit. It was a perfect fit! I suspect this will fit other brands of outboards as well.Since it only took a few minutes to replace the connector, replaced both the gray and black connectors.
