Overall, this liquid thermos warmer is well built and all the material finishes are high quality.The narrow diameter makes it portable for storing in the side pocket of a backpack or bag.It does take some time getting use to hitting the buttons in the correct order to get the heat settings to what you want, but it does a good job warming and/or keeping the water warm.The USB charging port has a plug to protect it so its relatively easy to clean by hand.

This product is a nice portable solution to needing to heat up liquid on the go. At the highest setting it gets warm but never to the point where its scalding hot. My only issue with it is it doesn't last very long. I thought I'd be able to use this as a portable beverage warmer over a week but it only works a few times on a charge.

This is a great bottle warmer once you figure out how it works. It was struggle for me at first. I didn't think that it was working. I had it on for over two hours and it would not warm up at all. It's confusing because when you turn it you can pick the temperature, but it's hard to tell if it's still in selection mode or if it's set and working. I think that's what happened when I first tried using it. Then I decided to plug it in and after selecting the temperature, I hit the power button twice to make sure it registered. After that I finally seen the numbers on the bottle move, but it was counting down backwards. Then I thought great it's getting colder. After it counted down to zero it beeped. Then I realized the numbers started to quickly go up and to the temperature I selected. Then it beeped again. After that it stayed at that temperature until I shut it off. So it does work great once it actually starts to heat. I just don't know if in the beginning it was taking a long time for the heating element to heat up or if it had to be fully charged before it would actually start to work. I suggest for those who get this bottle warmer to give yourself plenty of time to get it warmed up before you leave your home with it. Also, I would suggest doing the warm up process while it's plugged in, so it doesn't waist any of the battery. Once it does finally start warming it will get to the desired temperature quickly, and it will stay at that temperature. Even after you power it off, the liquid inside will stay warm for a long time.Overall, I do think this is a great bottle warmer, I just do not like how long it takes for the "before warming" process. It wouldn't be a great fit for those who don't have the extra "prep time", and need this for an instant bottle warmer.

This broke after only a few uses. It stopped heating properly. It felt cheap compared to other warmers I have.

This bottle warmer works as it should. It isn’t as large as another one I have -- so not the best for twins -- but it is smaller, so more portable, which comes in handy too. One drawback for me is that the temperature rises digitally by units of 4, rather than individual degrees, so I can't set the temperature for 100 as I do with my other one, but 98 or 102 aren't that far off and I can choose between them, given the situation. All around, I find it good for traveling if I need something lighter/smaller.

I may have gotten a defective one but I was not impressed with the bottle. I let it fully charge before trying it and charge time was relatively short. It took me a few tries to get it to start heating up and I was successful the first time. When I tried again a second time the battery died before it got warm. I put it to charge, tried again, but it would turn off before getting warm. The top also leaks a small amount of shaken too much (the bottle part, not the lock mechanism). The lock mechanism does work well but not very useful if the bottle itself is leaking. Overall not very pleased and will not continue to use.
